1.2 By booking services with Finchley Dog Walker, you agree that photographs of your pet may be taken during walks, visits, or house sitting, unless you opt out in writing.
2. Use of Pet Photographs
2.1 Photographs may be used for:
- Social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram).
- Marketing materials, such as flyers, website content, and promotional campaigns.
- Internal records relating to your pet’s care, welfare, and behaviour.
- Insurance or veterinary purposes, including evidence of injuries, incidents, or pet condition.
2.2 Photographs will focus on your pet. Without prior written consent, no photographs will show family members, your property, or any identifying details.
2.3 Finchley Dog Walker will never sell, transfer, or share photographs with third parties without your explicit written consent.
3. Privacy and Data Protection
3.1 We respect your privacy. Photographs will not include information that could identify you, your home, or your exact location unless you have given explicit written consent.
3.2 All images are securely stored and used only for the purposes outlined in this policy.
4. Opting Out
4.1 If you do not wish for your pet’s photographs to be taken or used, you must inform us by email, WhatsApp, or in writing.
4.2 We will confirm receipt of your request and update our records to ensure your preferences are respected.
4.3 You may change your mind at any time. Once notified, we will ensure no further images of your pet are used.
5. Client Requests
5.1 You are welcome to request copies of photographs taken of your pet. We will be happy to share them with you at no extra cost.
5.2 If you withdraw consent after images have already been published, they will be removed from our platforms as soon as reasonably practicable.
