Before you book, I’ll ask a few things

I need a bit of background before I can confirm any walks, visits, or house sits. It helps me keep your pet safe and make sure the service suits them.

I’ll ask about:

  • Your dog’s daily routine
  • What they enjoy and what they struggle with
  • How they are around other dogs, people, and traffic
  • Any health issues, medication, or special care
  • Lead walking, recall, and any triggers or worries

What to include in your first message

To help me reply quickly, please include:

  • Your name
  • Your postcode
  • What service are you looking for
  • The days and times you need
  • A quick note about your dog (age, breed, temperament, any reactivity)
  • An email, WhatsApp or phone number I can reply to

Reply times and calls

I reply to every genuine message.

I aim to respond within 24 hours. Weekends can take a little longer if I’m out on walks or on a house sit. If you haven’t heard back within three days, please check your junk folder.

Calls are fine between 8:00 am and 9:30 pm. I’m usually easiest to reach after 6:00 pm. If I miss you, I’m likely out with a dog or in a patchy signal spot, so please leave a voicemail or send a WhatsApp.
