Many dog owners complain about their dogs pulling. This in time can be trained out of them
I have a rescue dog that pulls along with a collie and we tried various harnesses but found the Ancol Walk to Heel to be one of the best
Like all harnesses it does have it cons
What you get
Essentially this product is basically 2 items β the harness and the lead. The harness is the main bit of the product and the bit that was impressive. The lead is just a normal lightweight lead and in fact I swapped it for another lead on my collie
Ease of Use
The harness itself is fairly simple to fit with the main loop going over the dogs head and then clipping behind the legs. However, I did find it a bit hard to adjust on my Collie although my Speagle was not too bad
HOWEVER I do find that the lead can be a bit of a pain to keep attaching the lead and threading it through the stretchy loop and the metal loop, especially if like myself your dog is let off the lead at different times on a walk..(Itβs even worse in the wet). I tend to not use the elastic loop but just the D Rings.
I also now just thread the lead through the D rings and hook it to the harness which works well
Overall I would give this product 4 out of 5.
